The Ethiopian coffee ceremony is a cultural experience that has been enjoyed for hundreds of years.
The ceremony leisurely roasts and serves fresh strong coffee. We wanted to share this amazing experience of quality, organic coffee direct from local farmers in Ethiopia delivered in a unique way so developed a unique brewing process to create our shots.

We slowly cold brew our coffee for a unique 24 hours process. This creates a stronger and more powerful pure concentration of coffee. This allows for a smoother taste and quality to come through.

Our coffee is sourced from the southern portion of Ethiopia know as the birthplace of coffee and one of the finest tasting coffees on planet earth.
